The Marketing Manager will work closely with the executive staff to create and implement comprehensive policies and programs related to marketing, communications, and advertising. Responsibilities: Plans and oversees the organization's content on all company web sites and social media Develops product catalogs and selling materials on an as needed basis Communicates with and directs outside agencies regarding packaging and display design Works with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing on management of the licensed brands Evaluates productivity by product line and recommends changes to take advantage of market conditions Coordinates and catalogs all product photography Plans and oversees company participation/management at national trade shows Develops and/or communicates with outside advertising agencies on advertising/promotional campaigns Researches, analyzes, and monitors demographic/market factors so market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized Manages direct reports' daily responsibilities as it fits to the needs of the organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred 5+ years’ experience in marketing or communications Motivated self-starter with the interpersonal skills required to work with others in a collaborative environment Demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing and public relations collateral Ability to demonstrate considerable creativity in regards to new ideas and initiatives
