REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 years of experience Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes Engineering or related degree Ability to communicate with all levels of an org Comfortable with change in a fast moving environment, Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with high degree of accuracy Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles Strong analytical and problem solving skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong planning and organizational skills 2 years relevant experience in a fast paced and complex environment Demonstrated success in the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives 2 years Experience in the food & beverage industry Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
