The Information Technology (IT) Manager is a dynamic, solutions-based leader. The IT Manager will strategically partner with our leadership to implement systems and programs to support growth and efficiency. The IT Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading IT projects from concept through completion, which includes analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs while ensuring adherence to budget schedule and scope. The IT Manager will provide strategic and operational oversight for the IT infrastructure. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves informational technology support operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; identifying, developing and implementing system improvements. Meets information technology support financial objectives by developing technology roadmaps, estimating requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Establishes information technology requirements by advising in the definition and integration of business and technology operations. Analyzes department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions. Promotes technology where appropriate to add value to business processes. Maintains information technology efficiency by developing, implementing, and maintaining new technology infrastructures, while maintaining existing information systems. Oversees/maintains essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Maintains consistent information technology applications by establishing and enforcing enterprise standards. Protects organizational value by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches. Leads, manages, and plans information technology projects including, but not limited to, upgrades for software, operating systems, compilers, utilities, databases, and networks. Establishes and executes a project communication plan and establishes target project completion dates and monitors progress of projects to assure that standards and deadlines are met. Creates roadmaps for development, implementation, and operation of new and existing systems. Manages all third-party relationships. Performs risk assessments to develop response strategies. Schedules and facilitates meetings related to IT projects. All other duties as assigned. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: Previous CRM, ERP and other systems integration experience Self-starter with multi-tasking skills and great adaptability skills Maintain high level of confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent leadership and collaborative skills Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and with Microsoft Server/Exchange Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequently required to talk and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and reach with arms. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. May occasionally work on step ladders and motorized lifts, climb, crawl and work overhead while working with computers, cable and other technology. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to use hands to finge , handle or touch objects, tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
